NYOA sells digital resources, templates, and workflow systems for real estate professionals.
Digital purchases are delivered shortly after checkout and are final once delivered. If a delivery issue occurs, contact us and we will help resolve access.
NYOA materials are educational and operational tools. They are not legal, financial, brokerage, compliance, or Fair Housing advice. Review all AI-generated work before using it with clients or in public marketing.
You may use purchased materials inside your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage NYOA products without written permission.
User Responsibility for AI Outputs. The User acknowledges that NYOA produces AI-generated content that must be reviewed and approved by the User before publication. NYOA's compliance safeguards are assistive; they do not substitute for the User's professional judgment, legal counsel, or brokerage review.
Fair Housing Compliance. The User agrees to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act, state and local fair-housing laws, and all applicable advertising regulations. The User acknowledges that real estate marketing is governed at the federal, state, and local levels, and that NYOA's automated review is not a guarantee of compliance.
No Legal Advice. NYOA outputs are not legal advice. Users should consult licensed counsel for legal questions, and their managing broker for brokerage-specific policy questions.
Brokerage Policy Compliance. The User represents that they have authority from their brokerage to use AI-assisted tools for real-estate marketing and that their use of NYOA is consistent with their brokerage's AI policies (where such policies exist).
